Road Armor™ Protective Biker Shirt, Ladies - Mesh Plaid Flannel Shell, Kevlar Lining, Level 1 Protection

This company customer service sucks. I bought two shirts on a Bogo. What I ordered online did not come. The men’s mesh I ordered came in fabric. The women’s mesh was too small and the wrong color. My guy kept his shirt because he didn’t want the hassle. I tried to return mine and could only exchange the size or color. I had to do a full return, get charged a handling fee that made it full price. There is no phone number and the email responses were AI generated. I got the new shirt in the right size but the color is blue, not purple. I was later refunded the “handling fee.” The website is NOT user friendly and the customer service blows. I don’t care for AI. Attached is the photo of the supposed purple and black. The product is marketed as a summer item to allow airflow. Nope. Wear it in the winter or fall as a jacket but you won’t be able to layer. Large feels like a medium. I’m 5”10” and 150 on the thinner, athletic side. I won’t recommend. I bought after a friend suggested but she said the company sold after she bought hers. Too bad. Don’t waste time or money. Check Revzilla. Way better system and customer service for contact and response. They actually have a phone number.

The mesh is so soft and I can feel the breeze through it just sitting still. On the bike it feels great. I love knowing I am protected and yet it still feels good. People think I’m just wearing a flannel but when I show them what it is they are so surprised and I tell them to try it on. It feels like it would be a heavy jacket but heck no. It’s light when you are wearing it. The pale pink is really cute and not to pink that it clashes with my red bike. In the sun it’s a cute baby pink and in the house lighting it looks more salmon pink. It’s true to the pale baby pink color. Will definitely be purchasing more from them. Great company!
