In order to offer our customers a large range of products and sizes as a small business, we make our goods to order, the normal timeline for this is 4-7 days.

After this, the tracking number will be sent out when the order ships, and you will receive regular shipment notifications helping you to keep an eye on your parcel as it progresses along its journey to you.

After your order ships (per the timing outlined in the above question), its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you received a confirmation email from them with a link to file a shipping issue - please consult that email. If you did not insure your order with Route, please reach out to Customer Service.
