I'm 5'9, 184lbs. I chose the extra large and it fits perfectly. I wondered how 'cool' it would be, so I wore it out on 98° weather. I could feel the breeze thru the shirt. It def let's the air flow in. I didn't feel hot in it, although at first when I was gearing up I felt it may be too hot for this shirt. I was sweating some before I got going. Def as advertised and it looks great! Would recommend. In fact, I already did.
